I also have the exact same problem, movement no longer fluid, everything seems to have slowed down. The fps are constant at 144 and the ping always fixed, but despite this I have stuttering during all the games. In the new mode, however, this problem is much less
It's 110% something to do with the patch. I have a few friends who are also affected they have the same stutter as me. If we are in the same lobby we get hit with it at the same time after more testing in Pubs/Ranked. We tested me + a friend who had same issue + another friend who didn't have any issues. We noticed all the micro stutters hit us both consistently at the same time. Definitely something to do with the servers and it's only affecting a select few also. I hope they arrange a fix soon maybe this split if we are lucky.
