Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

I got a private Message from EA rep who adviced me to reinstall game or boot console (I was saying I play on PC)

I have tried to clean boot my PC, did all the steps and it is still the same. To me it seems like they have some kind of book of answers and if they dont have the correct answer they wont give any.

  @JayPaf 100%. I see them answering other posts but complete ignore the ones where people are reporting this. One EA person will respond with a half-* answer and then never reply again. Sad to see how a big company like this goes about “solving” issues. My guess, if it’s not affecting majority of the player base or any popular streamer, why bother?
