Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

@GRiiZz2TTV me too, I'm currently reinstalling the game so I'm yet to check if update has changed anything.

Hope so, so I can play the game without actually being about a second behind everyone else lol

@calkayj Already tried reinstalling. Tried a bunch of things but nothing worked.

  @GRiiZz2TTV I've already reinstalled the game updated all the drivers you name it everything you possibly can got my hopes up today when there was a patch went and join the game no joy same thing stuttering lagging unplayable Red icons up in the right hand corner

    my game is constantly doing the same thing, getting close to uninstalling. hoping they fix soon, this is crap.
