Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

@CerebellumXL It's likely you don't, but I've seen quite a few posts in the thread where it seems like that's the case, and we don't want to equate lag or network-related issues with this stutter.

Generally folks can run the information panel, and folks with the stutter and not network issues will see the symbols appear, but won't see a matching spike in lag or packet loss.

Hi @EA_David , as you say there was many people with network problem which cause the stutter. But i tried it already with my friend's connection where there was no stutter at all when using his PC but with my PC still a lot of stutter. please investigate it as i cannot play the game with a LOT of stutter.
