Apex factory resets when the game is restarted.

The factory reset occurs after I close my game then re-open. I've been switching between ranked and the new game mode. When I login, there is a "Terms-of-Service" agreement every time I login. After acknowledging the agreement, ALL of my settings in game are reset to default. With the game having me reconfirm my acknowledgement, I'm taking this as the game factory resetting.
