@Gibraltars_mummyyeah ditto. It seems like there's two issues contributing to the stuttering, one is networking and the other is gpu usage. Others and myself have noticed the stuttering corresponds with erratic gpu loading. Whether that's the cause of the problem or an effect of it is hard for me to say though.
I'm running an RTX 2070, and it seems like a lot of the posters here are on 10/20/30 series nvidia gpus. I'd be interested to know if the same applies for console users or not.

Just fixed mine, try this if your using 5Ghz Radio.After fixing "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" by installing new nvidia drivers,
the error was fixed. but it is still not playable. prediction error and High Packet Loss Icon still showing.
i have no issues with internet connection / speed all stable tested on different games and tools.[My Specs]
Ryzen 5600x
RTX 3060
B550i
Win11
Rz608 wifi 6 adapter
All Video settings are maxed except Spot Shadow Detail set to High.
[Fix]
1. Open your wireless router / Access Point , use 40Mhz Bandwidth in 5Ghz.
2. On Your PC modify your wireless adapter to use 802.11ac instead of 802.11ax

Hope it helps.Well I use the same connection like before the patch, also I am on wire connection so wi-fi settings wont change anything for me. What is frustrating is that they knows about it and just because it seems to be very small ammount people with this problem they just ignore it and go along like nothing is happening. Feels like we are unheard and they just dont care. We got like one or two answers from EA employe with link to troubleshoot guide which I followed and I did much more to try fix it and it is still the same. So after 2.3k hours I just quit because it is simply not possible to play with those lags. Maybe they fix it in future but for now it is no no for me.No regging, rubberbanding, stuttering, audio bugs etc etc...
