Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

So I've been facing significant fps drop for no actual reason

Setup:

r5 4600

gtx 1650 ti

With all the optimizations game used to run at 130 fps average, now its around 60 and terribly unstable. Also GPU usage is always 100 percent

Things I tried: reinstalling both GPU and CPU drivers, reinstalling Apex from steam, reverting to factory settings

Nothing works

    @Maxvorf I just noticed some substantial improvements with the latest patch I just applied (on steam approximately 30 minutes ago). Wondering if anyone else has tried the latest rotation update and how it affected things your end.

        Not fixed for me, I still get lag/stutterin in main menu and BR. For some reason, Control seems to not lag. Come on Respawn, do something. Im playing ow2 to fill the void...

      Not fixed for me either. It's maybe improved, but it's been so long since I've played that I can't really compare.
