Lag/stuttering after latest patch - anyone having same issue?

After the latest update ( new Loba heirloom ) my game keeps stuttering / lagging but very heavily to the point where the game is not playable. Never had this kind of lags before so it is not my PC, b...

anyone know if this has been fixed in the new S15 update? I'm hoping yes, or that DX12 will fix it but can't try for a while

Yes, both the stuttering issue and the 1000hz polling rate issues have been fixed for me, the game now runs butter smooth as it did prior to the July 26, 2022 Patch.
