latency problem and insane lag

hello!

first I'm sorry for my english and explain my problem.

after the patch I have insane lag but it sometimes happens. I play one game without any problem but another game I have latency, congestion and prediction error. I have very fast 1000mps internet (with ethernet not wifi) and my ping is cool in another games. I only have problem in apex legends .EA Help - Troubleshoot Connection cannot help my problem. do u guys have problem like mine ? and u guys have some solutions how to fix this? because I don't wanna play like this.
