Legend's Texture issue

I'm having an issue with Legend's textures not loading correctly in lobby as well as in-game character selection. The textures either don't load or they are delayed till right to the end of selection. Attached is a before and after texture loads.

CPU: i5 - 4690

RAM: 32GB 1600 DDR3

HDD: SSD
