level 77 gold apex pack bug (battle pass season 3)
i was opening my level 77 gold apex pack (season 3 battle pass reward)
before it opened to show what items i received, my wifi went out. when i got wifi back, i had no new unlocks/rewards, and i wasnt able to re-open a gold apex pack.
anyway i can get the apex pack back? any way to prove that the day i "opened" it nothing was rewarded?

Have you checked to see if any new items were added to your Legends or your Loadout? I've seen cases where the contents of the pack were just automatically added when the game disconnected or shut down during the pack opening.
If you aren't seeing anything new at all I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can take a look. They should be able to see what happened with the pack that you had tried opening. For more info on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website.
