Hello i reached first lv 500 and it resetted to lv 1 again, i saw many topics says that the apex packs resetted and i should recieve new packs but i reached lv 15 until now and i didn't get even 1 pack is that normal or there's a but.
@mocka1337 You havnt reset, just started a new 500 level tier, there's 4 in all.
The new level cap in Apex Legends is effectively 2000. You will be able to loop through levels 1-500 four times. The total number of packs you can now earn through leveling up is 544, which is a guaranteed heirloom.
I don't know the levels you get the free packs, I'll try to find out and get back to you. Offhand I think it's less to begin with in the 2nd 500 tier.
