@xXRelic420Xx I figured it out. Take it over between the guns and the targets, then it let's you land it.
Man i have tried the whole training grounds looking for spots to drop it. I’m glad it worked for yoy byt for me even when it’s blue. She clocks the trigger and nothing happens.

Is it actually playing the animation like she's calling in the care package? It just doesn't ever drop in from the sky?

Hey, can you try going to the space in the image, to the left of where pathfinder stands, and just past the metal sheets. It's about the biggest nearby spot where you can summon the care package.
I managed to get it a bit further on that same level where you get dummy practice, it turned blue while looking at the higher ground. Guess its trial and error when it turns blue somewhere in this level 🤷♀️

It looks like the Apex Legends team is investigating the issues with dropping the care package during training. They've added it to the Apex Tracker.
