Lifeline and Bloodhound Edition problem

Hi I buy physical version Apex Legends Lifeline and Bloodhound Edition and i get only APEX COINS no SKINS.

    Hey @PLEBS_Parufka 

    If it was and you haven't received your skins after a restart of your system, you best wait for 24 just to make sure it's not just a delay.

    If you still haven't received your skins after a day, you best reach out to the support team. An EA Advisor will make sure you will get the coins you've purchased.

    Here select as the game: Apex Legends, your platform you've bought the coins on and click on missing content.
    Here select Never received content, here your preferred contact option. 

    Edit: There was an issue with the legend editions, everyone should have gotten there skins by now.
    If you haven't please see the information above on how to contact the support team. 🙂

    Hey can you guys stop replying to these and telling use to go to chat support? I went to chat support and they basically told me to wait for it 4 times. 2 times yesterday saying wait for 24 hours, 2 times today telling me its a known issue and u guys are fixing it. So a shop problem, you still need to "investigate" what do u need to investigate? Your own problem! There you go! So why cant u give us our skins first? We want to enjoy our new skins and banners and stuff. I mean what is it that is so hard for a company to fix? I have never seen a problem about buying cosmetics being "
    investigated" and being fixed for over 24 hours in any online games. All you tell us is to wait, wait for how long? Why cant u give us the skins first and then check your own problem?

      so basically u guys mark this as solved when it is not solved? what is solved? ask us to go to support and then say this problem is solved? The support literally still tells me to wait like your support told me nothing. The supports are working their as5 off for this company's stupid problems. The support team is probably the most useful team in this whole company. You guys should give your customer support team the highest pay since they are the most useful

    I’ve got it last week and after reading these i would’ve just wait but now i’m starting to get nervous because everyone got there’s within a week and i haven’t i’ve gotten nothing from the bloodhound edition no coin no skin no banner no gun skin no badge
