Lifeline edition items and coins not appearing in account

I purchased the lifeline edition of apex on Amazon and redeemed the code in the Microsoft store and got the email confirmation. However, I did not receive the coins or the items. I tried quitting the game and restarting but nothing has appeared. Any help is appreciated.
