Link an ea account to a new Steam account

Hi, my native language is not English, so I apologize for the sentence that might be a bit weird. Currently I'm having trouble connecting to my Steam account, and I'm trying to post on the forum because email doesn't fix the issue, and live support isn't supported in my country either. Has anyone solved the same issue as me?

My brother and I originally used one ea account and one steam account together. However, due to frequent overlapping time to play with each other, we created our own account, which is how my ea account (this account I'm currently writing), my steam account, my brother's ea account, and my brother's steam account were created. 

My brother disconnected his Steam account from my ea account and connected with his ea account. The thing is, I can't connect my Steam account to my ea account. According to my EA account page, it says I'm not connected to any Steam account. However, when I try to connect to a new Steam account, it says I'm connected to my brother's account, which is already disconnected. 

Is there any way to fix this problems?
