EA_Mako sorry if I wasn't clear enough. My playstation account is linked to the same EA account (this one) that I was previously using on my xbox, but when I log in to apex on my playstation, my progress from xbox doesn't carry over. When I check the linked accounts, xbox appears in the "Not Linked" section and when I click it I get this prompt:
No matter what I try I always end up back to this screen and I haven't been able to receive any help.
add on: when I click "GO BACK" it just brings me back to the accounts screen and my xbox account still isn't linked, and every time I click it, it brings me back to that prompt, what do I do?
