Linked accounts steam

My ea account is not currently connected to any steam account, however when I tried to connect to my steam account, I was reminded that I was already connected to a steam account that was not mine. Could you help me solve this problem?

Hi @Fi9ure,

I understand it's not showing up a Steam account but when you try to connect one up, it's telling you there already is one. It might be a visual bug that causes it not to display on your profile when you check and the support team can look into that for you. If there is, the solution is to unlink it but you should be aware that unlinking can be risky before going ahead with it.

Steam accounts can be unlinked, but you'd need the support team's help to do so. Saying that there are risks involved. Please take a moment to read through them so you're aware of what may happen before going ahead with unblinking it: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account

You may have misunderstood my meaning. It shows on my ea account interface that I am not connected to any steam account, but when I tried to connect to my steam account, I was told that I was already connected to another account.

So where can I find a human channel for feedback on this issue，I have been searching for a long time, but I haven't found a way to provide feedback for human processing yet
