am i able to get acess to my old (xbox) ea account with it not being linked to a xbox account?
no it has no platform linked is there still an email i can use to log in

So then there's your issue.
Like I said in my previous post, unlinking any account from your main EA Profile can result to loss of progression (hence why you don't see anything).
If you want to play Apex Legends on other platforms, you will need to link them to your account that originally had your Xbox Account linked previously. - @TheRedLion93 am i able to get that account back. is there some sort email attached to that ea account

As long as you have access to your Main EA Account and you're eligible to link it back, then you should have no problem.

You will need to link back your Xbox Account under the EA Account that had your progress initially.
Is the Steam Account under a different EA Account? - @TheRedLion93 my steam is attached to my lvl 298 account (pc account)
- @TheRedLion93 is there anyway of getting to that account because when i try get into it through xbox it brings me back to my pc account because if unlinked my xbox account from my main and relinked it to the secondary (pc) account. can i get access to the old main account

You need to have both PC and Xbox linked under the same EA Account in this matter. If either/or platform you want to merge isn't under the same EA Profile and you unlink either on, cross progression won't work. @TheRedLion93they could of mentioned that 2 years ago im pissed cause back then there was no consequence of having 2 accounts now that cross progression is here they expect us to have done everything right without telling us how or even if it i fixable

I understand your frustration in this matter and not everyone knew what to do in this situation.
You may need to link back both accounts to their current EA Account in order for your progression to be fixed accordingly. - @TheRedLion93 i cant log in my main account due to me unlinking it from xbox is there a email and password i would of used to make the ea account or does it only let me log in if it has a xbox account linked to it
