Linked psn with ea acc problem

Hello , so today I linked my apex EA acc with m’y pS5 acc and now I got my apex full bugged on ps5 I cant acess the agents and the apex coins appears to be -9999 , I cant unlink it anymore too … what...

Heya @daINDIGO

Did you relink your PS5 account from one EA account to another EA account?

Keep in mind that account data is stored on the EA account and not on the Platform Account (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PSN, Switch)

This means that relinking your account will not result in the progress moving over to the other EA account, it just left behind on the EA account it was linked to.

You'll need to link your PS5 account back to the EA account it was originally linked to if you want to access your progress again.

Thanks for your reply , yes I did that but now how can I unlink it again to link it to the other one again if it says that im only able to do that in 05/2024?

  Sometimes when relinking your platform account, it results in it being locked for 6 months or longer.
  You can try to contact EA Support and see if they can do anything for you, though I can't guarantee that they'll be able to bypass this as this is put in place for security reasons.

    Oh wow now I got stucked by a thing that ea allow to do but I cant play now … Thats Nice
