Hello, Creating this thread to basically gather information and to see if this only affects me or not. I've complained in other threads and on X, but figured I should actually make something product...

I agree it seems like the automated never talk to a real person appeal process just delays an email draft for 3-5 days of "we were right to ban you".

But maybe there is hope if an actual person is asking for your username.

i did, yeah. silly i have to use a third party forum to reach a representative.

i posted my info here too..

i got a second reply from an EA rep after placing a second ticket and again they told me to go f**k myself BUT went out of there way to explain they are refusing to transparent about it.

this is absolutely dog crap, im the victim of an error and im being treated like ive done something wrong.

absolutely p*ssed about the second msg.

@Vilthran I got this exact same response but in Spanish, confirming once again that this is a generic bot response
The system is awful, in other languages the terminology isn't even consistent and had to change it to English to understand the issue

  Mine was just Overturned, I'm assuming it was the work from the Community Manager.
  I did let RSPN_Thieamy know about this thread through reddit chat. While I did not get a response, I do hope he'll look here aswell and Overturn those of you that have not been able to reach out through Reddit.

    Thank you very much for posting a screenshot to prove your ban was overturned.
    Maybe I can start playing again soon without being afraid of being banned or at least knowing there is a chance for getting it overturned.
