i got a second reply from an EA rep after placing a second ticket and again they told me to go f**k myself BUT went out of there way to explain they are refusing to transparent about it.
this is absolutely dog crap, im the victim of an error and im being treated like ive done something wrong.
absolutely p*ssed about the second msg.
@Vilthran I got this exact same response but in Spanish, confirming once again that this is a generic bot response

Mine was just Overturned, I'm assuming it was the work from the Community Manager.
I did let RSPN_Thieamy know about this thread through reddit chat. While I did not get a response, I do hope he'll look here aswell and Overturn those of you that have not been able to reach out through Reddit.
Thank you very much for posting a screenshot to prove your ban was overturned.
Maybe I can start playing again soon without being afraid of being banned or at least knowing there is a chance for getting it overturned.

But now what's next? Do I really have to abandon Linux? This is kinda scary, the game simply runs better in Linux and more stable heres the newest reply saying they will ignore my future tickets and the refuse to overturn their decision.
i just want EA to acknowledge there is at least the possibility there is an issue on their side.
