Can you pass on my report to be investigated further? If that was what was done for the other people I think my case deserves a better review as well please i have been messaging all kinds of EA staff on twitter reddit email etc. for the past month to no avail. If i was cheating i wouldnt be doing all this for the past month i would just make a new account... please this all makes no sense.
Community ManagerI'm not aware of any additional information we need for that investigation currently, though if that changes we'll be sure to ask people in the previously linked thread as that's the main one people are keeping an eye on.
This wouldn't be something we're able to change on an individual basis at this time, but please do check out the earlier thread and we'll provide any updates we can once we have any info to share.
