the game shows am banned

and here is the EA page i have no penalty as shown

Let's start by making sure that you're looking at the penalty history for the right account. If you log in here with the EA account details you're using to look up your penalty history, do you see your Steam account linked?

it is the same account  i did check 3 to 4 times 

it shows my steam account  that i have linked and it let's me get into the game and then kicks me out

Good to know we're on the right account. It might seem silly to ask, but you'd be amazed how often people aren't checking the right place!

That does make it a little odd that you're not seeing anything. There's a webform in this article you can use to reach out to our terms of service team regardless of your empty ban history. They'll be able to take a look into this for you.

What issue did you select? Could you try "Submit an appeal"?
