I think it was the r/apexlegends mods who forwarded the thread to EA last time, I tried contacting them again 5 months ago when this thread was getting a lot of posts but no response.

I'm trying to send dms in the most respectful way rn, so maybe if anyone is free they can give it a read, at this point i honestly don't know what to do anymore
