I have no active suspension in "My Ban History" and haven't yet received any emails regarding this issue.
Lets hope my 1700+ hour account is not gone for good.. Atleast I only spend 5$ for battlepass, and nothing else.
@Kagedrengen if the community can get a higher up to hear this something can be done, im sure of it.
