Linux players getting banned

I recently got the email stating the following:

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us about your account action.

We got your note and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures.

What this means

We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.

You break our rules(https://www.ea.com/terms-of-service#section6) if you:
• use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
• use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.

as far as I know linux is an official platform to play on and I hope that I get unbanned. I do not use any of the latencyflex software or vk whatevers that I have now had learned about from other users.

I hope this issue gets resolved soon and I get to enjoy the game with my friends.

Had that lying mail this morning saying WITHOUT any proof that I cheated.

Is there a proper support team that know at least how to communicate about the problem or this multi billion company that is EA knows just how to cash money and have no respect for their clients?

There's some EA folks running here but as my reads progress about this topic they hide inside the "we can't do something for bans". Just escalate man ! There's no incident manager in this company or what?

Seriously this incident seems to run since last week for the 1st bans and NOBODY can tell us what's happenings apart automated support mail confirming something that is completely WRONG, and without proof.

Is that how a leading company in video game acts? What a joke.

Still I paid for a battle pass. Fix or refund.

Got banned for using Linux as well. Posted a couple days ago on Reddit, Sent a dispute through their email webform. And just got my dispute email back with the same canned copy and paste nonsense.

  Got the same copy pasted reply as others. Guess playing with Proton causes server issues then... Too bad a literal multi billion dollar publisher can't sort this.

    I got the automated response this morning ... pretty much the same as others have gotten.
    I reopened the case, can community mods help please.

@LoboT0mmy the most upsetting part is the automated responses, there's no investigation being done, they're sticking with their "evidence" and going along with that
