Linux players getting banned

I got the automated response this morning ... pretty much the same as others have gotten.

I reopened the case, can community mods help please.

I doubt there will be a help from them.  

For the whole EA, communication about this problem seems to be a unfeasible task.

I have sent my third appeal with another rejection with the same response. I hope this issue can get solved, I just wanna play haha.

I'd like you to add me to that list aswell.

Like a lot of other people I was just playing Apex with a friend of mine, and suddenly I was kicked out and told that I was banned. I've never used any software cheats on my computer, and I don't abuse glitches.

I wasn't banned in the previous ban wave (so who knows what's triggering this).

OS: Fedora 38 with Gnome

I would like to be added to the list.

I was banned on August 18, 2023.

My ban ticket does not give a reason for the ban, and I submitted two un-ban requests that were both declined.

Hey. Try to make a post in twitter with @RSPN_Hideouts . He might help us. @RacsuChile 

RSPN Hideouts is part of the ban team or some stuff like working in the anticheat, in his discord that is very clear.

He can't really do much about this situation for what they explain in the rules of the discord, so I don't wanna disturbing him.

I know that a lot of us are feeling bad or anxious for this situation, but lets keeping everything as polite and organized as possible

I'm expecting some updates this week and at least one person getting unbanned, I'm going to keep adding all the cases in the doc as possible

Hopefully we can get some type of answer here since we got zero real communication from EA side or from an actual worker…

I do not know if I will ever get unbanned at this point. I would love to be unbanned and that this issue would be fixed asap. I get that it takes time but I have been left nothing else to do other than keep sending correction emails about my ban through their my bans tab.

Anyway, got the bot answer almost at the same time as well.

Don't waste your time sending emails, they are not reading them, and you can get shadow-banned from support.

I'm looking to see if I tag people that can redirect the case, help is appreciated…

At this point I don't even want to appeal the ban since they seem to be autoclosing any appeal request, saying that they have concluded their "investigations".
