The kernel versions, proton versions and distributions vary so much that I’m guessing this will be a hard one to isolate unless it’s something super obvious with EAC. No common denominator with the configurations of people reporting; some run pretty vanilla setups and some have overlays, multiple kernel version separated by a major version, different proton versions, different DEs. Really hope they have proper metrics, otherwise this will be really laborious to sort out.
@f126b95252f5369bWell, ~90% of the users in here were banned on/after the night of Aug 17th. So, Respawn can probably narrow a lot of stuff down by just looking at what changed before vs. after that date. But the ~10% of people who were banned before that will be tougher to sort out.
Hi, since it seems like everything is under investigation already we can just wait, honestly I hope to get unbanned this week, but can't really do much more at this point.
Going to keep updating the doc if we got more cases (I don't think so since the rhythm of new cases got very slow the last days) but I think all of us need a break from this.
If we don't get unbanned before Saturday, I will see if we can ask an estimated time frame.

- @Insomnia1250 Most likely the them dealing with AC and such is completely separate and they don't have a public issue tracker due to opsec concerns.
