Loading and Compiling Shaders FIXED

Yes, i have tried using DDU to uninstall then install new and fresh Nvidia drivers. I tried turning shader cache OFF and ON. Also tried running the game from Geforce exp. and it's the same thing. Tried using both ORIGIN and STEAM while also repairing the game and nothing seems to fix it.

And when it finishes loading shaders i have to wait in the main menu for 2-3 min while something else loads in the background before it allows me to join a game. Oh and whenever the arena map changes it goes back to loading the same thing all over again for a few min. It's been like this since season 9 when it was nearing it's end. Only in season 9 it was a black screen, but it seems to be the same thing. It's just that this time it's showing what's happening.

Edit: Okay it doesn't seem to be on EA's side. I fixed it after i did a clean windows 10 install (had to anyway) and the problem went away. It seems it's a corrupted file thing but i had no idea which file it was. Before the reinstall i did System File Checker and it said it fixed a few corrupted files but the problem was still there so the file checker didn't do much.
