Login Error To Apex Legends - Account Link Glitch?

I can't play Apex Legends or access the game at all. Shortly after updating the game I ran into this error glitch when starting the game. Instead it said Register at the start screen instead of Login. A secondary tab from Steam gives you a login and tells you to create a new password. Once you do and hit next, it reverts back to the beginning prompt error, and loops forever. I tried changing passwords multiple times to no avail. I can login on my EA account online no problem. I tried uninstalling / reinstalling the game several times and restarting the PC several times, no change. I have tried following the steps on EA's website but I'm always faced with the same error that pops up on the attached photo below. I do not have daemon tool lite installed on my pc, as I've heard that's been a recent issue with Apex running. The game account was linked through steam and worked flawlessly for about a month until this suddenly happened and I haven't been able to play for about 3-4 days now. Tried contacting EA support, they are absolutely useless. Service agent argued that my email was wrong, had to prove to him that I logged into my EA account on a side tab while chatting with the agent...Please help!
