Login Verification Issue

I play Apex on my Xbox and have my accounts linked together, and I wanted to be able to gift items to friends so I went through my profile here and enabled 'Login Verification' as required. However, when I go to the store in-game [I went to the section to purchase Apex Packs as a test], it still says I need to enable Login Verification.

I don't understand where the issue is coming from; I have restarted my console, closed the game, etc. However the problem persists. Attached is an in-game screenshot showing the "Login Verification Needed" and a screenshot showing my Security page showing that it is indeed on.

If anyone has any idea how I can fix this, please let me know.

    I already enabled login verification on my ea account on Xbox one,  but it says it must be activated on in game?

    i recently set up login verification in apex to get my girl a skin as a surprise but for some reason it wants me to do it again as if i never did it, i go back and it says it's enabled so i restart my game a few times and nothing worked. i tried restarting my Xbox a few times, i tried enabling and disabling the verification a few times, i tried changing the information, and even making sure the region is the same on both accounts. nothing worked, and I've been trying to find a way to contact ea about the issue but they have no form of communication enabled on the apex help page. i need help and im more then willing to figure things out through these forums but if i cant i need a way to talk to a representative.
