Losing sound, games freezes, connection interrupted

Been having an issue with Apex since it went live. Will either lose all sound, muffled sound in every game. This will be followed up with my game freezing for 5-10 seconds, then I get back into the game, no one is moving, then I get a connection interrupted error and sent back to the main screen. I have uninstalled Apex, repaired Apex, messed with settings, adjusted internet options (dont see this being the issue since apex is the only game i have issues with), disabled/uninstalled firewalls/anti-virus, have tried every "fix" i can find on the internet and the EA site. Does anyone have any suggestions?
