Lost All Content - Cloud Save Overwrite
Hello,
I launched Apex Legends and was prompted to select a local save from 2023 or a more recent cloud save. I chose the local save as this was the last time I remembered playing the game, and all of my content and progress is gone. All paid cosmetic items, badges, stats, legend unlocks have vanished -- my account is now level 1 again with nothing on it.
I have tried multiple logins/logouts, uninstall/reinstalls, etc., and no change. I have another account on the same computer (with EA saved to the same directory), and that account is fine. I'm wondering if the conflicting save location for both accounts has caused this issue, but I have been told that Apex Legends progress is stored on EA servers so it shouldn't matter.
Does anyone have any suggestions to try? For multiple days I have been on indefinite hold with EA support chat and am not able to get help there.

This worked. To anyone who finds this thread later, there was an update on April 2, 2024 that resulted in some Apex accounts being reset. Try to find a helpful EA Community Manager on the forum who can assist you in reverting. It only takes a moment from their end. Note that any account changes after April 2nd will be gone but everything before April 2nd will be restored. Thank you EA_cuervo.
