Lost all legends, skins, progress, everything

The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues.
If everything is the same, It sounds like you need to contact EA directly to get help with this one. But it may be a bit late in the day to hope for restoration.

I am 90% sure I am on the same account, especially since I have my Octane Edition items, but I am installing Apex on a different account that I have to check it which will be done by tomorrow just in case though that other account has 0 hours on Apex. And it was definitely on the same platform
