My APEX account has lost all data and the progress has been reset to zero. I need help

Community ManagerIn that case, I don't suppose you have multiple Steam accounts? Are you sure that you're using the correct one to play Apex?
I only have one Steam account, and I am logged in to the correct APEX on Steam

Everything is still pointing to you linking your Steam to another EA account. Just to make sure that that didn't happen, you mentioned that you haven't played since October 2025. It might be worth reaching out to our live support team so they can take a look at this for you. They can see when your Steam was linked to this EA account, and if it's after then we'll know that this is what happened.
