I have not purchased anything with crafting materials and was close to 12,000 a week ago. Today I realised that I’m on about 1,100.. somehow my materials have reset with no purchases made. Looking to get in contact with someone who can look at my account and how/why this might have happened?

DICE Teamsame happen with me i lost crafting materials in apex legends without buying it, i was on 1330 plus crafting when account level is 242, then i closed game and cam back then saw i lost 1200 craft, then i chat with ea customer support #64537591, then he says you buy a volt gun golden skin, then i request that some one hack my ea account, he also happen someone from china but in end chat i suddenly remember that in last match i play with same skin volt gun which my random team mate using, then i close the game and exist, the main point is that its hack its bug or its glitch, what it is, i also got notification 5 days ago that your account login in another system, then i change password and toady ea team resolve my issue nut didn't recover my craft that i lost, please solve this problem, its not good for game. thank you.
