lost everything after being falsely baned

i lost everything on my account after i got unbanned,
heirlooms, currency, skins. everything.

my level stayed tho.
so whoever unbanned me probably unlinked my account and now i lost hundreds of dollars of content. this is scammy and not okay someone help please.

    i also need to note that emailing has done nothing for 10 months and no one will respond to me or help me at all
