Lost everything, skins, stats, legends
Hello.
I havent played since 2019, and wanted to pick up Apex again. Now it seems like my whole account i reset. I have receipts of everything that iv'e bought aswell, but EA couldnt help me.. Is there anything i could do?

Progress made on the platform you play on will be saved server-side. Reasons you may not see progress could be:
- Playing on a different account
- Playing on a different platform
- Having unlinked your platform account from EA
I would recommend making sure you are using the same account, and haven't moved platforms or unlinked your account. If not you will need to speak to an advisor for further assistance looking into missing content.
