Lost Founder Pack + Apex Coins

Hi All,

Recently I noticed that all the items from the founders pack are no longer on my Account after my XBOX and PC accounts were merged. I have attempted to contact EA help but all they tell me is that the Founders Pack was never on my accounts (which it 100% was) and have proceeded to tell me to get a refund from XBOX for a purchase which worked and was 5 years ago. Does anyone have any ideas how I could get it back?

Another topic I have also purchased apex coins recently which never came through again contacted EA Help which told me to "get a refund from steam" who don't give refunds for in-game purchases on apex and the transaction went without issue on steam (it has been over 2 days since purchase) - Anyone have an idea on how to get these back?
