Lost loot box from leveling. Possible Bug?

I obtained a loot box from reaching level 23. I went to open it as a new game started, when I returned to the title screen after the game my loot box was gone, and there was no new loot in my invento...

Yep, I can see multiple instances of the 600 token grants since the pack was granted.

It looks like the pack contents weren't too dramatic, a skin for the EVA-8, a card frame for Pathfinder and Shotgun Kill tracker for Mirage.

I'm having a similar issue - I get a notification showing an apex pack has been earned, but when returning to the ready up screen there is nothing. Fairly sure this has happened a few times in a row. As per your previous post, if I wasn't supposed to receive loot, perhaps there is a bug with the notification showing when it shouldn't
