Lost or Missing Data?
am posting to request assistance from a community manager or backend advisor regarding my lost Apex Legends progression on PlayStation. My account history spans all the way back to playing on the PS4 during Season 2 in 2019.
For a long time, my data carried over and functioned perfectly fine on my PlayStation 5. However, a few months ago, the game suddenly interrupted my login and forced a prompt asking me to create a new EA account. Not realizing the consequences, I filled out the prompt and created a new account. The moment I did that, my entire Season 2 era history, all my levels, unlocked legends, and earned skins completely vanished, replacing my game with a Level 1 blank slate.
I immediately recognized that creating this new account must have severed the hidden background connection to my original progress. To avoid worsening the issue or getting locked out by EA's strict platform cooldowns, I have avoided playing the game for several months to let any potential unlinking restrictions expire.
I know that my data is not deleted; it is sitting safely on EA's database, anchored to whatever original background profile or email my PS4 initially used. Because I am terrified of permanently losing years of progress by messing with the unlinking settings on my own, I am seeking manual intervention.
I need an advisor who can look up my PlayStation Network profile on the backend, locate the original EA profile holding my Season 2 Apex data, and help me securely restore that original link. I am fully prepared to verify account ownership, provide my PSN Online ID, or share purchase invoices to prove identity
