lost points on apex ranked due to application error
Today in the morning CET i tried to play ranked. Game exited with error, then couldnt join, then received negative points + abandon match pentalty. This situation repeated when I did a second try around 2h later. I created a case for each of those incidents. Both were closed with zero information and neither points nor any gratification were granted. I have never seen such behaviour in any game I played so far. It seems like Apex is using bots for the answers, because if you call ea customer center they can never help you, but only redirect your problem to some misterious team that answers like a bot.
