lost points on apex ranked due to application error

Today in the morning CET i tried to play ranked. Game exited with error, then couldnt join, then received negative points + abandon match pentalty. This situation repeated when I did a second try aro...

@eXecutorQss Sorry that you're experiencing this, it's a frustrating situation and it's being worked on, with a patch due tomorrow to address such cases.

In the meantime, if you can go to each Legend profile and change any animated banner poses to a common or rare non-animated one, this has shown to significantly impact the chances of this happening, and hopefully it'll help for you.
