I’ve just opened up apex and I have lost all my progress (kills, wins, badges, etc) I still have my skins, and heirloom and all of the legends. My level has been reset to 1. I don’t know what has happened.
it’s even put me back at the beginning and telling to complete training like I’ve just started apex!

Yes, I am playing switch but my issue seems to be resolved as I gone back onto Apex and my progress has been restored.

Are you by any change a switch player?
If so, there's an ongoing issue that affects a % of switch players, which results in their data being lost.
This is being worked on as we speak, though right now there isn't an ETA on when it'll be resolved.

i, didnt lose my whole account, but i lost the Heiro image from twitch drops

switch user and lost all my progress from a levels perspective. Quests seem to have reset as well.

Hello, I'm having the same issue and am wondering if you can help me. I lost all my progress (ie kills, damage, badges, etc) but still have my skins and unlocked characters. How can I fix this?
