Lost progression on steam after linking with ea app
I need help
I had some problem with apex on steam and i have apex with 300+ hrs on ea app so i decided to play on ea app until i fix my problem on steam.
I linked my steam account to have friend list from steam.
Everything was good until i fixed my steam.
I open game and booom all my steam progress is gone i have same progress as ea app one.
there is case number Case #157497405
I also communicated with live support some guys say they can fix it, some says there is no fix, some say to post it here.
So if its there no fix for this just let me know.

Progress in Apex is saved on the EA account, which means it can be lost if the connected account is switched or unlinked.
You mentioned playing on Steam before running into issues there, so you switched to the EA app and linked a Steam account.
If you had played Apex on Steam however, that account would have already been linked to another EA account.
When you linked a Steam account, it sounds like that linked a different account than the one that had all your original progress.
We cannot transfer progress, so the only way to restore that would be linking the original accounts back together.
If you're not sure which other account that could be or are running into any trouble re-linking it, you'll need to reach back out to support as we cannot make any changes via the forums.
