2 years agoHi @vertexcore,
You can try a couple of steps to increase fps in Apex Legends. To start with, please have a look at this article: https://help.ea.com/za/help/apex-legends/apex-legends/best-settings/
Once you have your in-game settings ready to go, if the issue persists, I'd suggest setting up a gaming profile on your GPU Settings: https://help.ea.com/sg/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/
- Make sure you've downloaded the latest drivers for your card and the NVIDIA Control Panel.
- Right-click any free area of your desktop, and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
- In the left column of the NVIDIA Control Panel, click on 3D Settings, then Manage 3D Settings.
- Click the Program Settings tab, then the Add button.
- Using Windows Explorer, browse to the program file (*.exe) of the game you want to make a profile for.
- For example, to add a profile for Apex Legends, you'd find the folder for Apex Legends on your computer, then select r5apex.exe.
- Click Add Selected Program, then find Power management mode in the pull-down menu, and set it to Prefer maximum performance.
I hope this helps.
