I didnt find any fix for this. Had to sell my card and i bought an RTX 3070. 0 Issues since then.
@Mowgl13i have the exact same problem its like cpu bottleneck but it isn't.
when game start and i am on the ship fps drops to 50 - 80 fps and after landing fps get a little better like 100 - 150 fps but not even %80 usage on gpu and cpu is like 40 ish percent with smt on and 80 ish with smt off.
i dont have this problem in firing range gpu usage is %99 there
i don't have this problem on any other games

asus b350f gaming
ssd wd blue 1tb
power 550w and i use 2 * 6-pin to 8-pin convertor
all drivers updated to last version even bios is last version
