i tried that and ea wont let me open a case anymore is there another way i can contact them

If you bought it through steam. Go to steam support in help.steampowered.com and click purchases. It then shows you your Recent purchases at the bottom of the screen, and if it actually went through or not. If it says failed, make a case on it in steam support by clicking it. For some reason steam showed the purchase as completed when checking my purchases in the app, but in browser on steam support website it actually shows you if it went through or not. In my case, Steam still took the money from my wallet Even though the purchase failed
