What happens when the bug occurs? The hammond labs waterfall greatly decreases game performance, frame rate goes from 109 to around 30. This has never occurred on any other map, the effects of the waterfall were not correctly optimized. Have seen others with the issue.
What should be happening instead? Frame rate should be consistent, or at least a lot higher than 30 frames.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Optimize or remove the waterfall.

Large reduction in frame rate at the hammond labs water fall, a frame rate drop doesn't occur at that level on any map or in any other area of Apex Legends. Waterfall needs optimizing.
